Brands - the Best Form of Marketing?

Whether you are in the marketing game or not, itís a certainty that you know what a logo and brand is. If you run a business, you may even have created your own brand. But what is the point? Why do companies have brands and how do you leverage the power of brands?

In its simplest form, a brand is defined by a logo. This logo has a particular style, colours and design. By creating a unique graphical representation of the company, the public can come to personify the company and therefore more easily relate.

This concept extends all the way through every element that a company uses. From websites to email signatures and brochures. Every item created by the company should put forward a consistent brand.
